Day 1
A private transport brings you to Mauna Lani Auberge, where we meet up for sunset and a light dinner. Daily themes of the 5 Peaks Lifestyle will be seamlessly woven into your entire time with us. Vital Air & Breathing, Vital Fuel, Vital Movement, Vital Recovery, and the Superpowers of Sunlight & Nature. Rest up for tomorrow.
-
Day 2
Our day begins as we walk through ancient fishponds along the shoreline, learning a simple yet powerful breathing protocol to calm the mind and warm up the body. The rest of the morning will be spent exploring our own depths and the undersea world in a tranquil bay along the Kohala Coast. An early evening guided manta ray experience tops it all off.
-
Day 3
After our inspired morning breathing on the oceanfront, we’ll paddle an outrigger canoe to a black sand beach for cross training and snorkeling. Meet some of Hawaii’s most colorful underwater residents, as well as the occasional green sea turtle, octopus or pod of spinner dolphins. Farm to table lunch at Napua Restaurant to follow.
-
Day 4
Kick off the morning with a 5 Peaks Gym orientation and short workout. Then head upcountry to Waimea for an unforgettable EBike Ride in the rolling hills of Parker Ranch country. A birds eye view showcases the island’s stunning volcanoes. OR explore private waterfalls and rugged valleys on a North Kohala guided adventure. Sunset dinner to follow at Halani Restaurant, with fresh local fare.
-
Day 5
Warm up with a walk to the ocean for a Standup Paddleboard clinic, tour & snorkel in protected bays and hidden coves. Afternoon at leisure, followed by a farewell dinner at the iconic Canoe House as we share our final sunset in Hawaii together.
-
Day 6
Sunrise Canoe Paddle, sand training, and wild swim. After a nourishing breakfast together, we will say A Hui Hou - until we meet again. Transport to airport or picking up rental car is provided.
