Welcome Kit: Trucker Hat & “Lifeguard” style straw hat, Sunshirt, Reef Safe / Organic Sunscreen, Reusable Hydration Water Bottle.
Sunset Meet Up & Light Dinner
DAY 1 - Reframe
7:00am - Meet at surf shack for Superfood Coffee or Tea
(Attire: swimsuit under workout type clothes, hat, flipflops)
8:00am - Intro to Inspired Breathing | HAWAI’I & ALOHA
Orientation power walk through ancient fishponds to an oceanfront, grassy area where we’ll learn a simple yet powerful breathing protocol to calm the mind and warm up the body.
9:00am - Swim, Snorkel & Skin Diving Technique
We start in the pool or shallow, oceanfront location for a safe, smooth, comfortable transition to the ocean to practice breathing & explore the underwater world. Safety, efficiency, surface swimming, buoyancy, proper snorkel use, and effortless surface dive practice.
11:00am - LUNCH
Return to room for change of clothes, followed by nourishing lunch together.
(Clothes: beach casual, flipflops)
6:00pm - MANTA RAY NIGHT SWIM
Short ride for a private, guided manta ray experience with Hawaii’s majestic rays.
DINNER - at Leisure (recommended light dinner beforehand and/or snack after)
DAY 2 - Reset
7:00am - Meet at surf shack for Superfood Coffee or Tea
(Attire: swimsuit, sun shirt, hat, flipflops)
7:30am - Oceanfront Inspired Breathing Warm-Up
8:00am - Outrigger Canoe Paddle to Black Sand Beach for cross-training & snorkeling
11:30am - LUNCH: Farm to Table at NAPUA RESTAURANT
Return to room for change of clothes, followed by a nourishing lunch together. (Clothes: beach casual, flipflops)
DINNER - at Leisure: suggested Ha Restaurant (menu TBD)
DAY 3 - Explore
7:00am - Meet at surf shack for Superfood Coffee or Tea
(Attire: swimsuit, sun shirt, wetsuit top, hat, flipflops)
7:30am - 5PX Gym Orientation & Workout - Short drive to Waimea
9:00am - UPCOUNTRY EBIKE ADVENTURE - for a bike in the rolling hills of Parker Ranch country.
Or
8:00am - Private Waterfall Trek (practice breathwork skills)
Explore stunning private Kohala waterfalls, tranquil streams, scenic coastlines, and rugged valleys on this North Kohala adventure
11:00am - LUNCH: Kamuela
12:00pm - RETURN to Mauna Lani
DINNER - at Leisure: suggested Ha Restaurant (menu TBD) casual attire
DAY 4 - Activate
6:30am - Meet at surf shack for Superfood Coffee or Tea
(Clothes: swimsuit, sun shirt, hat, flipflops)
7:30am - Stand Up Paddleboarding Experience
Warm-Up Walk & Breathing to protected Makaiwa Bay for standup paddleboard clinic, tour & snorkeling along the stunning Kohala Coast
(Attire: swimsuit, sun shirt, hat, flipflops)
LUNCH - at Leisure
DINNER - Sunset Dinner. Canoe House - time tbd
(Casual Attire - Aloha Shirt or Polo, Pants or Shorts, Flipflops)
DAY 5 - Renew
6:00am - Meet at surf shack for Superfood Coffee or Tea
(Attire: swimsuit, sun shirt, hat, flipflops)
SUNRISE Outrigger Canoe Paddle to 49 Black Sand Beach for Sand Training & Wild Swim
9:00am - Nourishing Breakfast
11:00am - Checkout & Transportation to Airport or Pickup Rental Car if you extended stay
